Off on the Right Foot

I always relish the opportunity to speak with users directly and to present the Balihoo application in an intimate, hands-on way. Last week, I had the pleasure of attending and presenting our franchise marketing software at new-franchisee orientation for one of our national clients.

For me, this is a chance to collect immediate feedback on usability of the app. For our users, it’s a chance to get a tailored demo and some context for the way the app was built and functions. What was great about last week’s experience was the fact that “local store marketing” (and the Balihoo app as an enabler of Local Store Marketing) was introduced to the new franchisees in the same sessions, and with the same weight, as other keys to business success like such as hiring, scheduling, training, buying, etc.

This client’s commitment to Local Store Marketing rang loud and clear in the context in which the Balihoo franchise marketing application was discussed and the tools that were provided to enable franchise marketing success. This notion of helping franchisees get off on the right foot – in all aspects of their business – is an undeniable recipe for success.
