Your Success is our Success

A couple months ago, I attended an on-site meeting with one of our national brands. The
purpose of the discussion was to go over the local marketing software tool that we built for their brand. They had some ideas and questions around usability. Ultimately, they wanted to make sure that the marketing software is as easy and as user-friendly as possible.

The benefit of our ad builder software to this particular client's affiliates is really two-fold, 1) It provides access to national creative templates and 2) It enables affiliates to customize materials for their particular location(s) and event(s).

One of the greatest problems that they wanted to discuss is that the tool (in a broad sense) is geared toward (and was initially created for) a completely different industry. Therefore, the terminology and navigation of the software wasn't as relate-able for their users as hoped. The users, in this case, are predominately kidney and dialysis center facilitators.

They wanted to simplify the order process and make changes to the homepage. They wanted to take a more informational approach on the redesign concept, process and implementation - thereby equipping their users with an understanding on why certain creative pieces or mediums work well for specific purposes, goals, etc. The brand wanted to ensure that their center users have a great first experience with the software and that the experience would encourage them to be repeat users.

Interestingly enough, Balihoo's product road-map is in-line with their ideas and needs. We're working with them to address their needs and make the needed adjustments to their  platform. We have reset expectations and look forward to launching the updated portal.

It is refreshing to partner with an organization that is so proactive in meeting the needs of their centers by striving to simplify their local advertising.
