I came across a link to this in my twitter stream this morning.  Its a video about a local business owner - John Nese, owner of Galco's Soda Pop Store in LA.  Take 12 minutes to watch and listen to the passion and love that this man has for his business.  Its not a job to him, and it shows.  I like the guy and I don't even know him.  Having passion for your business - talk about great a great local marketing strategy!
