As a member of our Support Team here at Balihoo, I get to work with users of our local marketing software on a daily basis. It’s very enjoyable to talk with clients as they encounter new aspects of our products and services they had yet to use. Our software delivers numerous advertising solutions to business owners looking to expand their integrated marketing strategy. There’s always something new just around the corner waiting for them to discover!
For many of the business owners with whom I speak, online advertising is the most daunting aspect of building a sound marketing mix. Gaining a strong presence online is something many store owners haven't done before. But online local advertising doesn't have to be a mystery, using tools like ours helps to take the guesswork out of it. I always love to hear 'that was easy!' on the phone when someone realizes it only takes a few clicks to implement a new online campaign.

Earlier this week I was working with Halpin's Flooring America as they were customizing an email blast for the first time. They were excited about the opportunity to reach out to their local market at a personal level. As they said, "Everything worked great! It was so easy - we can't wait to send out another email next month!".
The reporting our software provides will help them track the success of email as part of their marketing mix.
